Winchester Christian Ballet is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is run by a volunteer board of parents and administrators. We can't operate at our best without our amazing volunteers who are investing their time, resources, and talents into our mission and needs.

Upon registration, each family commits to meet basic volunteer requirements throughout the semester. After registering for your class, we will be in touch with each family to discuss and confirm Volunteer Assignments.

There are many volunteer options and levels of service available. Please view the Volunteer Program document for full details.​ If you're interested in a position that has already been filled we would still like to hear of your interest. Many hands lighten the load and having a backup or helper for some positions is always a benefit. ​​​​​​​

We have developed a volunteer incentive program to thank and encourage our volunteers for their commitment. Volunteers can potentially earn reduced tuition, waived semester fees, free summer intensives, WCB account credit, etc. Please view the Volunteer Program document for full details.​
